Kitty O'Shea Sauce

1 cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Capers drained and chopped
2 tbsp. Niçoise Olives pitted and chopped

Instructions

Mix all dressing ingredients together. Reserve chilled.
You may either use as a dipping sauce for the Colossal Crab Cocktail, OR choose to toss 1 lb. of Colossal Lump Crab with ¼ cup of dressing and serve over salad greens.
